With its Grade II* listing, the early 18th-century building (1723) has very high historical significance, being ‘a remarkably unaltered example of its type in the best-preserved ordnance yard in the country' (N. Pevsner).

BluePrint provides a full historic building service to secure Planning and Listed Building Consent for the refurbishment of this remarkable historic building.
