National Marine Park, Plymouth

We are providing the heritage consultancy for the National Marine Park project and, so far, have helped LHC Design to secure the planning and listed building consent approvals.

We are currently providing consultancy to LHC Design for the repair and refurbishment of this incredible Victorian Lido.  Work is expected to start on-site in early 2024.

St Michael’s School Paignton

The sensitive repair and refurbishment of a beautiful Victorian Villa, now a school, for the Department for Education, is currently on site.

Working with Stride Treglown, the project is scheduled for completion in early 2025.





Market Hall

Newton Abbot

We are currently providing consultancy to LHC Design for repairing and renovating this sizeable 19th-century market, including specialist support to obtain statutory consent and preparation of detailed repair information.




Royal Bank of Scotland

Working independently, we provided expert guidance and various architectural design options to assist the client in determining the best course of action for the building after the impact of COVID-19.



HMNB Devonport
